The room was nice, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. I enjoyed the comfortable bedding, which made for a restful sleep after a busy day. The continental breakfast offered a good selection of coffee and fruit that energized my mornings. However, the check-in process left much to be desired. I arrived early and was informed I couldn’t check in until the official time, which was frustrating, especially when I saw a long line of guests waiting for keys after the clock struck three. With one of the front desk staff disappearing for lunch, it added to my annoyance. Better management during check-in hours would significantly enhance the overall experience.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially the kids who loved the nearby BBVA Bancomer Stadium! The spacious room accommodated our large family perfectly, making it easy for us to relax after a busy day exploring the area.
